It’s been a while since I’ve updated my site, I know and I’m working on it. There’s a billion things in my life and career that could be put up here but I really wanted to post a mix that is relevant to what I’ve been focusing on lately.
I’ve been working at Suite 200 and 5 Degrees a bunch and it’s been awesome. The owner asked me to make him a mix of what I play on Tuesdays at Suite 200 for Ladies Night. Here is what I played about 3 weeks back and decided to give him.

Summit Sessions 2.0

Last year DJ Cassidy and I put out the first Summit Sessions, a mixtape to take snowboarding or skiing and people fucking loved it (ask me nicely and I’ll re-up this classic). We decided to have two guest DJs help out this year, DJ Sounds Supreme and DJ Mada. Mada also helped out with the graphics. We threw a release party at The Drink and gave out around 200 CDs that night, but here are the mp3s for your ipod Phillip Foster.

Art Page, Thanks Ali Spagnola!
4 DecI was googling ”giraffe art” for a Christmas gift idea and found this awesome blog where Ali Spagnola takes painting request via email and gives away free paintings. Sounds crazy, but I think ideas like this work in the long run. She accepts donations and does commissioned work as well. She says that, ”The more people that request paintings, the better I get at painting and the more famous I get, the more my paintings are worth. Everybody wins!”
After looking at a bunch of her art I visited her home page and found out that she does everything. Painter, Sclupter, Graphic Designer, Musician, and probably a bunch more. I’m the same way, and now you all get to read about my other creative outlets. So, Thanks Ali!
Here’s a taste of my first attempts at graphic design work (BTW I’m learning PS, AI, and DW in order to offer design and web-design as studio services).
